About me:
My name is Fernando J. Soto, a current freshmen student in the University of Texas at El Paso. I'm from Puerto Rico and I've been living here in El Paso since summer 2013. I came here to live with my uncles to study somewhere else other than my homeland, to learn new things, as a way of experiencing new things in my life in the journey of becoming a successful person. My current major is Civil Engineering and I look forward graduating as a professional engineer to help make the world a better place.
I created this website as a requisite of my English 1312 class to present all my work done in the course. I chose the topic of gender discrimination because it's something that has been going on for a long time and because I do not discriminate or consider others inferior or superior than others or myself.
